No, unfortunately we do not have accessible rooms. We do, however, have one room located at ground floor level with easy access to the shower. There is also easy access to the hotel with no doorsteps. 

The hotel does not offer shuttle service from the airport. Instead we recommend our guests to take the metro from the airport to the hotel. The ride from the airport to the nearest metro station - Kongens Nytorv - takes approximately 15 minutes. The hotel is located 8-10 minutes walking from Kongens Nytorv. Alternatively we recommend taking a taxi - the price is usually DKK 275,- - 325,- depending on the traffic and the time of the day.

We can assist with printing of e.g. boarding passes but there is no direct access to a computer. However, there is, of course, free and fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

It is possible to get an extra bed/baby crib on all of our Superior Double Rooms (baby crib also in our Classic Double Rooms. There is an extra cost of DKK 300,- for an extra bed. There is no extra cost for a baby crib.

You have to be 18 to stay at the hotel if you are not accompanied by an adult.

It is always a possibility to park on the streets nearby the hotel. You pay in the parking meters that are located on the streets and the price varies throughout the day. The price varies between DKK 5,- and DKK 20,- per hour.

We guarantee the lowest price when you book directly with us. If you have not reserved directly with us we will unfortunately not be able to help you change your booking. We wish we could, but our partnering agents stipulate that changes must be made with them. Yes, it is possible. Please let us know in advance to help us plan. The price for our breakfast buffet is DKK 119,- for an extra person.

Yes, it's possible to rent bicycles at the hotel. It is not necessary to book in advance. The price is DKK 75,- for 4 hours and DKK 135,- for a whole day. We can also help arrange a bicycle tour of the city. For further information regarding the bicycles please contact the reception.

Yes, we will happily store your luggage after your departure. We will also store your luggage if you plan to arrive earlier than check-in time. The service is free of charge. If you should require luggage storage elsewhere in the city we refer to - 2€/hour and 2€ startup fee. You can also have your luggage transported directly to the airport or the cruise terminal. No, we only serve breakfast. You are welcome to use our breakfast restaurant to eat take-away food and we will happily supply plates and cutlery. For your information there is an Italian restaurant in the neighboring building and furthermore 155 other restaurants within 10 mins walking.

We do not offer Room Service. We offer a selection of beverages in our Lobby Bar. Furthermore, our snack buffet is available free of charge 24 hrs a day with refreshments such as water, juice, coffee, tea, fruit and biscuits. We also allow takeaway orders to be consumed in the common areas as well as in the rooms. If you need assistance ordering, please let us help.

No, Hotel Christian IV is a 100% smoke-free hotel.

Yes - in our classic and superior double rooms it is possible. It is not possible in our small double rooms. Please let us know by e-mail in advance if you want a twin room, in order to help us plan.
