The history of Copenhagen goes back to the 8th century although the first written documentation of our city is from the 12th century when Absalon build his castle. We are a nation of proud people and we will gladly share our favorite places in the city. There are a variety of museums in Copenhagen and many of them have free entrance. When staying with us you are smack in the middle of it all. Many of our best museums are right in our neighboorhood.
